"I love the fact that we are using habits, rather than changing habits to improve health. That in and of itself separates us from all the others."
Instant coffee is a beverage derived from brewed coffee beans. Through various manufacturing processes the coffee is dehydrated into the form of powder or granules. These can be rehydrated with hot water to provide a drink similar (though not identical) to conventional coffee.
The latte craze is huge and Starbucks has corned the market, but many Latte variations are often filled with sweetened ingredients such as mocha syrup, sugar granules and lots of whipped up milk and cream. The machines to produce this whipped frothy milk / cream, are expensive and you generally have to buy a cup of latte from a place like Starbucks or some other coffee latte stand. If you're a home brew type of person those high speed blenders do very well.
The difference in a healthy blend of Latte is of course the choice of blended coffee in your ingredient list.
No Instant coffee, whether it's a healthy coffee or regular instant coffee can replace the true robust flavor of freshly brewed coffee. However, the choice is in one of healthy diet and healthy ways to lose weight versus pleasure and taste.
Besides a shot of espresso, the most important element in preparing a healthy Latte cappuccino is the texture and temperature of the milk. When a barista steams the milk for a cappuccino, micro foam is created by introducing very tiny bubbles of air into the milk, giving the milk a velvety texture and sweetness. The traditional cappuccino consists of an espresso, on which the barista , for those who don't know what a barista is.. its a coffee bartender, pours the hot foamed milk, resulting in a 2 cm (¾ inch) thick milk foam on top. Variations of the mixtures are usually called cappuccino chiaro (white cappuccino, also known as a wet cappuccino) with more milk than normal, and cappuccino scuro (dark cappuccino, also known as a dry cappuccino) with less milk (and typically more foam) than normal.
So the key here is the milk or cream and to make it a healthy Latte just substitute freshly ground coffee for one or two healthy black coffee sachets filled with the ganoderma ingredient and you'll not only have a good shot of java latte but a healthy one at that..
The good taste is really derived because of the frothy milk and of course the dark black coffee combined together.
We want to combine this with hot milk in a ratio of 50:50 and poured into a nice big bowl, pour the coffee and the milk into the bowl at the same time then mix the two together. Or use one ounce to six ounces of milk for a completely different experience.
You can steam or heat the milk in a couple of ways. There's the stove of course, but you must remember to always keep the milk moving. No one likes a thick skin of milk crust on his or her café latte
One step better is to use an auto, or regular old manual frother that will not only allow you to heat the milk but to foam it as well. A little foam never hurts. Both types of frothers will work great although if you're like me I think you'll end up using the auto frother . The Capresso froth Xpress is a good choice and produces foam like a champ. Perfect for a café latte Speaking of which...The strength of the coffee
depends on how many sachets you'll use and you will want to keep the proportion of coffee to milk similar to what you would in a coffee bar. Adjust to taste.
